Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information from one page to the next. We also use similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage. In this policy we call all of them cookies.
2. Who is responsible
ActiveZap is responsible for this site's own cookies. Partner cookies (Google, Meta and OpenAI) are set and processed by those partners, under their own privacy policies.
3. Categories and legal basis
We group cookies into four categories. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your consent, and no service in those categories loads before you choose.
Necessary
Essential to the serviceThey keep you signed in, remember your language and cookie choices, protect integration sign-ins and remember interface preferences. The site does not work without them, so they cannot be turned off.
Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, V and IX). They are strictly necessary and do not depend on consent.
Partner referrals
Legitimate interestWhen you arrive through a link from our affiliate program, we record which link it was to credit the referral if you subscribe. It is not used for ads and the partner does not receive your data. It is on by default and you can turn it off.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX). You can object at any time by turning this category off in the cookie preferences (art. 18, § 2).
Analytics and performance
Requires your consentThey measure, in aggregate, how the site is used (pages visited, where visits come from, time on site) so we can improve ActiveZap. We use Google Analytics.
Legal basis: consent (LGPD art. 7, I). They are only used after you allow them.
Marketing and advertising
Requires your consentThey measure the results of our campaigns and let us show ActiveZap ads on other sites and networks (Meta, Google Ads and OpenAI). When you fill in forms, your name, email and phone may be stored and sent to these platforms to link the sign-up or purchase to the campaign.
Legal basis: consent (LGPD art. 7, I). They are only used after you allow them.

5. How to change your choices
You can change your choices at any time in Cookie preferences, in the site footer or in your account menu. When you withdraw a permission, we delete that category's own cookies and its services stop loading. Cookies that partners store on their own domains (such as doubleclick.net) can only be deleted by your browser.
Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies. If you block the necessary ones, sign-in and other features may stop working.
6. Record of your choices
To prove consent, as the LGPD requires (art. 8, § 2), we keep a record of each choice: date, version of this policy, categories allowed and the browser used. We do not keep your IP address in this record. We ask for your choice again every 12 months or when this policy changes.
7. International transfer
Google, Meta and OpenAI may process data on servers outside Brazil. These transfers follow LGPD art. 33.
8. Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may request confirmation of and access to your data, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
